Amitabh Bachchan Upcoming Next Buddha Movie with Ravina Tondon

We already about Big B released and hit movie like, Nishabd, Paa, Rann, Sarkar, with this type of movies, he spared no effort in ensuring variety in his movies.

At 69 years old age, we find him simultaneously focussing on 5 films so diverse as chalk and cheese.

Aarakshan with Prakash Jha, Department with RGV and ultimately Buddha with ace Telugu director Puri Jagannnath with 2 films hanging around in the scripting stages.

Coming to Buddha, the acting stalwart seems to be really excited with the varied layers injected into his character.

Buddha would see Amitabh playing an old man who still feels he is reigning with energy as in his young ages. Amitabh Bachchan to provide him company, this film is being produced by TV 18 with the shooting to commence in early March.

The director making a foray into the Hindi film industry is reportedly taking meticulous care in shaping up an intriguing screenplay.

Incidentally his films of late haven’t been commercially successful; let’s hope this flick would bring all the luck he needs.

“When Vishal sir gave me this short story to read, I could empathise with the pain and tragedy that she had to go through. The only thing that she looked for in life was love and this is what that kept evading her.”
